Description: Terrestrial orchid species from the Philippines. Technically a weed in Hawaii. Known as "Bamboo Orchid" because of the similarity of the foliage to bamboo. Blooms apically with medium-sized, cattleya-like flowers which appear consecutively.
Culture: Grown in a well draining peat and soil mix. The media is kept moist and the plant is kept in full sun.
