1. What’s Covered Under this Privacy Policy

  1. This policy applies to all of the services offered by The International Orchid Foundation, LLC ("IOF", "We", "Us", "Ours")

  1. We collect personal information when you register with ORCHIDS.ORG.
  2. When you register, we may ask for information such as your email address, day and month of birth, and personal interests. When you register with ORCHIDS.ORG and sign in to our service, you are not anonymous to us.

  2. Using Personal Information:
    1. The IOF may display targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet such targeting criteria (such as persons in a particular geographic area).

We do not provide any personal information to an advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad, however, by interacting with or viewing the ad, you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
