Description:
Culture: Growing outdoors potted in composted wood chips, receiving alkaline water. Grows a new tuber each year while old one shrivels, occasionally two new tubers in quite good conditions. Foliage dies back in late summer/early fall, this is the best time to transplant. New tuber begins growing new roots in later fall. Requires a certain amount of cold to trigger foliar growth.
