Stenocoryne x Bifrenaria = Grex name?

General Discussion

by Darrin Duling

I have a plant labeled as Stenocoryne (formerly Bifrenaria) leucorrhoda x Bifrenaria vitellina. I see Bifrenaria Golden Jim as the registered name for this cross in 2003, which was prior to the seed parent generic name change in 2014. I have searched records all over the internet and cannot find a registered intergeneric grex name to update this cross. Can anyone assist?

I have not seen this plant flower yet - will post pics whenever it does.

Thanks.
