ORIGIN: A common, monopodial, small [common] to large [rare] sized, warm to cool growing epiphytic species found in Madagascar, the Comoros, the Mascarenes and the Seychelles.

DESCRIPTION: A common, monopodial, small [common] to large [rare] sized, warm to cool growing epiphytic species found in Madagascar, the Comoros, the Mascarenes and the Seychelles with erect, branched, rigid, leafy stems carrying oblong or ligulate, fleshy leaves that blooms on a lateral, axillary, racemose, arching, 6 to 10 [15 to 25 cm] long, several [7 to 15], fragrant flowered inflorescence with short and rounded floral bracts and the flowers arranged in 2 rows.
