ORIGIN: Found in Espirito Santo state of Brazil in humid cloud forests at elevations around 1500 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped by 2 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, light green, narrowly lanceolate, conduplicate, attenuate below into the subpetiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on a 1.2 [3 cm] long, successively single to 5 flowered inflorescence arising through a spathe.
