ORIGIN: Found in Trinidad & Tobago, Venezuela, northern Brazil and Ecuador in tall trees in wet forests at elevations around 450 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Mini-miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with insignificant pseudobulbs envelopoed completely by imbricating, distichous leaf-bearing sheaths carrying, dorsalventrally united, flattened, light green spottted red, linear, acute leaves that blooms at most any time of the year on a paniculate, axillary, from the upper leaf bearing sheaths, to 2 [5 cm] long, succsessively several flowered inflorescence.
