Notes:
The mission of the Gulf Coast Orchid Society is to educate and inform our members and the general public by promoting the culture, hybridization, and the conservation of our natural orchids. We accomplish our goals by sponsoring an annual orchid show, exhibiting orchids in regional societies orchid shows; supporting scientific research through our membership in the AOS; presenting educational programs at regular meetings, producing a monthly newsletter for our membership; maintaining an informative website and other social networks; as well as hosting annual luncheons and orchid auctions. Meetings are held usually on the second Sunday of the month, at 2:00 P M, in the Cafeteria, on the north side of campus. Check our website, or call 228-392-0919 for more details.
