How to repot a Mattie Shave

My daughter asked me to "save" her Mattie Shave.  I think it needs to be repotted.  What should I use?

    There is both a Cattleya Mattie Shave and a Phalaenopsis Mattie Shave listed - which one do you have? Either way do you know how long it has been since it was repotted? And have you pulled it out of the pot to see what the roots look like? Thanks, Carol
