I have a Phaleanopsis Violacea that gets large light colored spots on its leaves. It did this last year, but they gradually went away. Do you have any ideas why these large spots appear on the leaves?

My plant sits under/near a Spider Farmer grow light. I try to make sure it gets adequate light, not too much nor too little, and I never get water on the leaves. Getting it in real sunlight is difficult, especially when it is cold outside. I live in an apartment so my options are limited. My violacea get regular fertilizing just like my other orchids. Any suggestions?
