ORIGIN: Found in New Guinea at elevations around 1100 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Mini-miniature to miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a short rhizome giving rise to a very short, pseudobulbous, slightly compressed stem carrying about 6, erect-patent, oblanceolate-elliptic, thinly apiculate, narrowing below into the petiolate base leaves that blooms in the fall and winter on an erect, angular, glabrous, few bracted, sublaxy 4 to 8 flowered inflorescence with erect-patent, ovate-lanceolate, acuminate, glabrous, equal to the ovary floral bracts.
