ORIGIN: Found in eastern Madagascar in mossy rainforests on twigs and small branches at elevations of 100 to 1800 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with no, to a very short stem carrying few to many, slender, very long, usually twisted, distally branching roots and blooming in the spring and summer on up to 4, simultaneous, basal, terete, .6 to 1.36 [1.5 to 3.4 cm] long, very densely 10 to 12 flowered inflorescence with single nerved, acute, sheathing bracts and carrying non-scented flowers.
