ORIGIN: Found on Luzon within the Philippines in mossy forests at elevations above 1600 to 3000 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with elliptic pseudobulbs carrying a single, leathery, narrowly obliquely linear, 3 prominent veined, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on an erect, longer than the leaf, 6 [15 cm] long, loosely to 16 flowered inflorescence .
