ORIGIN: Found only in Jamaica on trees at elevations around 450 to 500 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature to small sized, hot growing epiphyte with densely clustered, ovoid pseudobulbs enveloped basally by a few scarious sheaths and carrying a single, grass-like, linear-ligulate, obtuse, obliquely emarginate leaf that blooms in the winter on a slender, paniculate, 6.4 to 10.8 [16 to 27 cm] long, several to many flowered inflorescence with small, few, distant, adpressed, triangular, acute to obtuse floral bracts.
