DESCRIPTION: Found in Trinidad & Tobago, French Guiana, Surinam, Guyana, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and Brazil at elevations of 300 to 1700 meters and is a small sized, cool to hot growing epiphyte with an elongate stem carrying many, basally clasping, distichous, imbricating, leathery, stiff, triangular, obtuse leaves that blooms at any time of the year on an axillary, subsessile, to 1/2 [1.25 cm] long, racemose, few flowered inflorescence arising near the apex of the pendant stem.
FLOWER SIZE: To about 1/2 inch [to about 1.25 cm]
