ORIGIN: Found in Bahia Brazil in montane rainforests at elevations of 300 to 500 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with fusiform, elongate pseudobulbs carrying 1 to 2, apical, obovate to elliptic, acute, leaves that blooms in the late winter and early spring on an axillary, basal, paniculate, shortly few branched, erect to arching few to several flowered inflorescence subtended by small floral bracts.
