ORIGIN: Found in Venezuela in lowland forests at elevations around 1500 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small to medium sized, warm growing epiphyte with oblong, compressed, 3 to 4 grooved pseudobulbs carrying oblong, acute, leaves that blooms in the spring on a short, single flowered inflorescence holding the flowers within the leaves.
