ORIGIN: Found in Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominica and Guadeloupe in wet montane forests at elevations of 200 to 600 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Medium sized, hot to warm growing terrestrial with clustered, conical, fleshy pseudobulbs carrying 2, sub-opposite, spreading, thin, cordate, broadly ovate to ovate-elliptic, acute to acuminate, gradually narrowing below into the erect, petiolate base leaves that blooms in the later summer through early spring on a ribbed, slender, subumbellate, densely many flowered inflorescence.
