ORIGIN: Found in the Aegean Islands and Greece in open pinewoods, abandoned cultivation and garrigue on alkaline substrates.

DESCRIPTION: Small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial that blooms in the spring on an erect, 3 to 10 flowered inflorescence.
