ORIGIN: Found in the Phillipines at elevations of 300 to 1300 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Giant sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with an erect, stout stem carrying many very leathery, gracefully arching, unequally bilobed apically, basally clasping leaves that blooms in the spring on an axillary, erect, branching, 6 to 8 [15 to 20 cm] long, many [25] flowered inflorescence carrying sweetly fragrant flowers.
