ORIGIN: Found El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua in montane forests on steep slopes at elevations of 700 to 1700 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with stiff, fleshy, oblong-elliptic, narrows below into the conduplicate base, mule-eared leaves and blooms in the winter, spring and fall on a basal, erect, 4 to 6 [10 to 15 cm] long, racemose inflorescence with to 20, waxy, fragrant flowers.
