TOBACCO: As Insecticide Cigarette butts were collected, stripped of paper and the tobacco was placed in water approximately 12 butts to a gallon and was sprayed on orchids to combat aphids, mealy bugs, scale; apparently it produced nicotine sulfate; no comment on virus. NH75(2)-7 0
