DESCRIPTION: Found in Thailand and possibly Myanmar without habitat details with crowded, erect, to 5 internoded, strongly constricted at nodes, discoid to ovoid-conical, dark green pseudobulbs enveloped by persistent, green turning red-brown sheaths and carrying 2 to 4, apical, spreading, green, deciduous after growing season, oblong to linear, obtuse leaves that blooms in the fall and winter on 1 to several, 1st one terminal others lateral from the nodes near the apex of the pseudobulb, erect to suberect, slender, 2 to 3 [5 to 7.5 cm] long, slightly zig zag, to 8 flowered inflorescence with the lower 2/3 covered by 2 to 3, overlapping, green, cylindrical, loose, narrowly ovate, acute bracts and has a broad lanceolate floral bract and carries very long-lasting flowers.
