ORIGIN: Found in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Central African Republic, Congo, Zaire, Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia in rainforests at elevations of 850 to 1600 meters.
DESCRIPTION: Small to large sized, warm to cool, pendent growing epiphyte with a few branching stem carrying suerect to falcate, terete, usually gooved on the upper side leaves that blooms in the late spring on all along the stem, .8 to .32 [2 to 8 mm] long, 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence with amplexicaul, triangular floral bracts.
